For manufacturers from outside Poland
Entering Poland and the EU for foreign manufacturers
Want to register a company in Poland and sell in Poland or across the EU? We help you set up the company, choose a warehouse and start selling. We are strongest in Poland and the CEE region.
Who it is for
Who this offer is for
An EU manufacturer that wants to sell in Poland.
For example, a company from Italy that needs a local warehouse, Polish documents and deliveries to retail chains.
A non-EU manufacturer entering the EU market.
For example, a company from the USA that chooses Poland as its logistics base for the whole EU.
A manufacturer moving operations to Poland.
Warehouse, sales, order handling, and sometimes the team and production as well.
A manufacturer that wants to enter the CEE market.
Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania and the Baltic states served from one warehouse in Poland.
Why Poland
Why Poland as your distribution base in the EU
Poland lies in the centre of Europe and has the largest warehouse market in the region. Clear rules and digital public offices let you run a company online.
Logistics
Over 38 million m² of modern warehouse space (mid-2026). The largest warehouse market in Central and Eastern Europe.
Location
Borders with Germany, Czechia, Slovakia and Lithuania. From central Poland, a truck reaches Berlin, Prague or Vienna in one day.
Market
Over 37 million consumers in Poland. EU membership gives access to the single market with no customs duties or border checks. From one warehouse you serve customers in Poland and across the EU.
Paperwork online
You can register a company electronically. Tax returns, invoices (KSeF, the national e-invoicing system) and dealings with public offices are handled online.
Taxes
Corporate income tax is 19%, or 9% for small taxpayers with revenue up to EUR 2 million. A tax adviser we work with checks the terms for your company.
Costs and people
Labour costs are below the EU average (EUR 34.9 per hour in 2025). It is easy to hire staff for the warehouse, logistics and customer service.

Scope of services
Scope of services
We agree the scope and the price individually. We start with a free consultation to learn about your products, markets and goals. Based on it, we prepare a plan, the exact scope of work and a quote for the project.
Below is a typical scope of services. We set the final one after the consultation. You can hand us selected areas or the whole project. When you take several services, one coordinator is responsible for the timeline and the work with partners.
The “In partnership with” column shows where we work with partners. A dash means we do the work ourselves.

Questions
Questions about entering Poland and the EU
Do I have to set up a company in Poland?
Not always. We can sell your products as a distributor or importer. If you want your own company, you set it up with our legal partners.
How long does it take to set up a company?
It depends on the legal form and on the documents of the foreign shareholders. The law firm gives the timeline after checking the documents.
Do you run a fulfillment warehouse for every company?
We match the option to the product and the scale. For large volumes we choose a fulfillment warehouse and manage it. For smaller ones we more often handle orders from our own warehouse.
Do you serve EU countries other than Poland?
Yes. We are strongest in Poland and the CEE region. To the rest of the EU we ship from our warehouse in Poland and sell on marketplaces.
What language do we talk in?
Polish or English.
Do you help with goods from outside the EU?
Yes. We coordinate imports and customs clearance with a customs agency. We also help with GPSR, labelling and instructions in Polish.
Can you build a warehouse for us?
We do not build ourselves. We lease or build the warehouse with a contractor and coordinate the whole project.
How much does it cost?
We price each scope individually. You get a written quote after a call and an analysis of your products.
