Our warehouse
Your goods are in the Kamai warehouse. We receive them, pick orders, pack and ship. We handle returns and complaints.
Fulfilment warehouse
Your goods are in a fulfilment warehouse we work with. We manage orders, stock, shipping and returns. We handle the contact with the warehouse.
Our warehouse is in Wola Batorska near Kraków. We ship with DPD, InPost and DHL. Orders placed by 13:00 leave the same day.

What to prepare (8)
- The number of products and variants, and the data source: a file, ERP or a wholesaler.
- The number of orders per month, the average value and seasonality.
- Parcel dimensions and weight, including unusual products, e.g. long items.
- Where the goods are today and whether you can deliver them to the chosen warehouse.
- Channels: only the store, or also marketplaces and retail chains’ online stores.
- Scope of customer service: channels, countries, hours.
- Returns and complaints: their share and how you handle them today.
- Systems: store, ERP, order management system, couriers.

WooCommerce or Shopify?
WooCommerce gives full control, B2B prices and unusual logic. Shopify means fewer technical tasks and a faster start. A Shopify setup costs 15 % more.
How much does a store cost?
Small store: WooCommerce from PLN 8,000 net, Shopify from PLN 9,200 net. Large store: WooCommerce from PLN 15,000 net, Shopify from PLN 17,250 net. The setup usually takes 4–6 or 8–12 weeks.
How much does it cost to keep the store running each month?
Hosting from PLN 190 net per month, billed annually. After a setup with us, −20 %. The Shopify subscription and paid plugins follow the vendor’s price list. We bill changes and technical support from hour packages.
Who owns the store?
You do. The account, the domain and the code belong to your company.
Do I have to move the goods to your warehouse?
No. You can pack and ship yourself. You can also choose our warehouse or a fulfilment warehouse we manage.
Who answers calls from store customers?
In options B and C: we do. We handle phone calls, emails and chat on working days, 8:00–16:00. We serve customers from the whole EU, including returns and complaints.
Will you move my store without losing Google rankings?
Yes. In a large store, migration with redirects is part of the setup. In a small one, we quote it separately.
Will you prepare the terms of sale?
We do not write terms of sale. We prepare them with your company’s lawyer or with a lawyer we recommend.
