How we count time
- You pay for a package in advance. Unused hours expire after the validity period.
- We count time in 15-minute units.
- We log every task in a sheet you can see.
- Before a task longer than 3 h, we give an estimate.
- If a task exceeds the estimate by more than 20 %, we ask for your approval.
Terms of cooperation
Accounts, domains and data are yours from day one
- Prices are net. We add 23 % VAT.
- You do not have to combine services from different lines.
- We sign a contract for every project. An NDA on request.
- You pay for hour packages in advance.
- Hosting and email mailboxes are billed annually, in advance.
- We invoice in PLN, EUR or USD.
- You pay the ad budget directly to the platform. Tool licences are on your account.
- We take no commission on ad budgets or from system vendors.
- Graphics, photo shoots and developer work are quoted separately. We take no commission on printing.
- Running a marketplace and a store: an open-ended contract with one month’s notice after the first 3 months. You can end Google Workspace support with one month’s notice.
