Your products enter the EU market from Poland
Kamai.pl is a Polish company that can act as your sales department in the EU. We handle import and warehousing, supply European retail chains and build your brand on European marketplaces.

01Why now
From 2026, shipping parcels directly from China to Europe costs more
- EUR 3 duty per item.Since 1 July 2026 the EU charges EUR 3 per item on imported parcels up to EUR 150, until 1 July 2028; normal rates apply after that. Goods imported in bulk to our warehouse in Poland pay the normal duty once, at clearance.
- A responsible person in the EU.Under GPSR (Regulation (EU) 2023/988), since 13 December 2024 every product sold in the EU needs an economic operator established in the EU. Without one, marketplaces remove the listing.
- Retail chains buy from EU suppliers. They expect an EU invoice, documents in the local language and delivery to their distribution centre.
02Supply
Your stock is already inside the EU, so supply does not stop when transport does
When sea freight is delayed, routes change or ports are congested, European customers still receive goods from our warehouse in Poland.
- An EU company sells.Your European customers sign with a Polish company and pay in EUR or PLN.
- EU stock delivers. We plan safety stock around sales and transit times.
- Several channels.Retail chains, wholesale and marketplaces sell at the same time, so you do not depend on one buyer.
Changes in tariffs, anti-dumping duties and trade policy apply to all imports. We help you plan for them in advance.
