Migration
Moving your website without downtime

Domain and scope
We register the domain in your company’s name
You pay for it at the registrar. We help you buy or transfer the domain.
Moving a domain or DNS zone without an email outage: from PLN 450 net, one-off.
Hosting does not include:
Plugin and theme updates or small changes to the website.
The domain fee.
A dedicated server with full administrator access.
We bill updates and changes in hour packages, from PLN 200 net for 1 h.

Questions about hosting
Is it a separate server?
No. It is an isolated environment on shared infrastructure. A larger store can get a separate server, with a separate quote.
Where is my data?
On servers in the European Union.
What happens to the hosting when we stop working together?
You get a full copy of the website and the database. We help you move the website to a new provider.
What happens if something fails?
You get a notification. The infrastructure provider has round-the-clock support. We reply by the next working day.
Can I move only the website and keep my email where it is?
Yes.
Do you look after websites you did not build?
Yes.
