Since 2024, Gmail rejects emails from domains without SPF and DKIM.
- Deliverability. SPF, DKIM and DMARC in the domain. Typical errors: DKIM switched off, two SPF records.
- Automation. A separate account for integrations with Make and n8n.

Questions about Google Workspace
Will I lose emails during the switch?
No. We copy your email in the background and switch MX in the evening or at the weekend. Then we sync the missing messages.
Will the email addresses change?
No. The addresses stay the same.
Can the website stay with the current provider?
Yes. We only change the email.
Who owns the account?
Your company. We get a separate administrator account. You can delete it at any time.
Who invoices the licences?
Google. We only invoice our work.
Will Outlook keep working?
Yes. We configure Outlook to work with Google Workspace.
What happens to email and files when an employee leaves?
We move them to another account before deleting the employee’s account.
What about GDPR?
You accept the data processing agreement in the Google Workspace console. Company data does not train AI models.
What don’t we do?
Computer and printer servicing, office networks or Microsoft 365 implementations.
