Online sales · Logistics for manufacturers
We select, set up and manage fulfillment warehouses for manufacturers
You want to sell to consumers, but your warehouse is built for pallets? We find a fulfillment warehouse, connect it to your ERP and run sales on your behalf.
01
When a manufacturer needs fulfillment
You are moving into retail
Your warehouse ships pallets and master cartons, but an online shopper is waiting for a single parcel.
A retail chain wants parcels, not pallets
The chain asks you to fulfil orders from its online shop, but you deliver by the pallet.
Retail chainsYou are launching on a marketplace
Allegro and Amazon expect fast shipping, tracking numbers and returns handling.
MarketplacesPeak season is coming
You get several times more orders than usual, with the same warehouse team.
You are entering Poland or the EU
A foreign company needs a logistics base in Poland.

From choosing a warehouse to running sales
We start with your product range and sales channels and finish with day-to-day order handling.
| Service | What it covers | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Product and channel analysis | product list, dimensions and weights, order volume, seasonality, sales channels | a recommended logistics model for your product range |
| Choosing a fulfillment warehouse | warehouse comparison: location, carriers, pickup times, sizes, returns, costs of inbound, storage and shipping | a summary of offers with pros and cons, talks and negotiations with the warehouse |
| Setup | product master data, EAN codes, packing instructions, returns rules, carriers | a warehouse ready for the first delivery |
| ERP integration | connecting the warehouse with your ERP, shop, marketplaces and couriers | orders, stock levels and tracking numbers move between systems with no retyping |
| Launch | first delivery, goods receipt, test orders, checking labels and returns | sales start after testing, not live |
| Operations and sales | running sales in your channels, stock control, contact with the warehouse, returns and complaints, reporting | one contact person instead of several suppliers |
Product and channel analysis
We start with your product list and sales data. We check sizes, weight, order volume and channels. That tells us whether you need a fulfillment warehouse or whether another solution will do.
Choosing a fulfillment warehouse
We collect offers from warehouses that suit your product. We compare them in one table, including costs that are not obvious from the price list. We talk to the warehouse and agree the terms.
Setup
We prepare product data, packing instructions and returns rules. We agree carriers and how deliveries are received.
ERP integration
We connect the warehouse with your ERP and sales channels. An order from your shop goes to the warehouse, and the tracking number goes back to the customer.
Launch
Before going live we place test orders in every channel. We check labels, documents and the returns process.
Operations and sales
We run sales on your behalf and make sure you do not run out of stock. Contact with the warehouse, returns and complaints are on our side.
03
A warehouse solution that fits your product
We have our own warehouse and logistics team, set up for retail orders, dropshipping and wholesale. Which solution you use depends on your product and how we work together.
| Fulfillment warehouse we manage | Our warehouse and logistics team | |
|---|---|---|
| When it makes sense | many retail orders, a wide product range, seasonal peaks, sales in several countries | selected products and forms of cooperation, wholesale and pallet orders, dropshipping |
| Scale | grows with your sales | agreed for a defined product range |
| What we do | selection, setup, ERP integration, process management, sales | goods receipt, picking, packing, shipping, returns |
| Pricing | individual quote | individual quote |
We use our own warehouse mainly for wholesale, where goods come in and go out on pallets. Retail means many single parcels every day, so for this model we recommend a fulfillment warehouse that scales with your sales.
Product list first, recommendation second. Once we have seen your product list and discussed your sales strategy, we propose a solution. We show you its pros and cons before you sign anything.
04
A warehouse connected to your ERP, shop and marketplaces
A fulfillment warehouse only works well when it knows about every order. That is why we connect it to your ERP and the sales channels you use.
Order
A customer buys in your shop or on a marketplace, or places a wholesale order.
ERP
The order goes into your ERP, which passes it on to the warehouse.
Warehouse
Picking, packing, carrier label.
Customer
The tracking number goes back to the channel, and stock levels update in every channel.

| Retail chain e‑commerce | the chain sells your product online and you ship the parcels | orders from the chain’s platform, packing, shipping |

Questions about fulfillment
What is fulfillment?
It means a warehouse stores goods, picks, packs and ships orders and handles returns on the seller’s behalf. The manufacturer does not need to build its own parcel shipping team.
Do you run a fulfillment warehouse?
We have our own warehouse and logistics team, which we use for selected products and forms of cooperation. For large retail order volumes we choose a fulfillment warehouse for you and manage it on your behalf.
Do I have to move all my stock?
No. You can move only the goods for retail sales and keep wholesale stock in your own warehouse. We agree the split after analysing your products.
How much does fulfillment cost?
Every quote is individual. It depends on order volume, parcel dimensions and weight, number of products, channels and returns.
How long does setup take?
We give the timeline in our proposal. It depends on the number of products, the integrations and the date of the first delivery.
Which systems do you integrate with?
ERP systems, WooCommerce and Shopify shops, Allegro, Amazon, Base.com, Apilo and courier companies. We check other systems when preparing the quote.
Do you work with foreign companies?
Yes. We help manufacturers from outside Poland set up logistics and sales in Poland and the EU.
Who owns the goods and the accounts?
The goods remain yours. We open sales accounts in your company’s name.
