How to read the result

  1. Five areas, about 30 checks

  2. Bot blocking

    The test fetches the page as GPTBot, ClaudeBot, OAI-SearchBot and PerplexityBot. Confirm a “blocked” result in your server logs.

  3. File templates

    The report gives you an llms.txt template to complete.

  4. A high score is not a recommendation

    Content, reviews and mentions of your company also decide whether AI recommends you.

What does the test check?

About 30 points: AI bot access, sitemap and llms.txt, content without JavaScript, schema.org structured data and the technical basics.

What is an llms.txt file?

It is a short description of the company with links to the most important pages, at /llms.txt. The standard was proposed in 2024 (llmstxt.org). Not every AI assistant reads it.

Does a high score mean ChatGPT will recommend my company?

No. The test checks whether AI can read and understand the page. We check content, reviews and mentions in the extended report.

Why does the test fetch the page as GPTBot or ClaudeBot?

Some hosts and CDNs block AI bots by name. We compare the response for a browser and for a bot.

Do you store my page address?

No. We fetch the page and a few files once. We do not store the address or the result.
