XLSXMap of retail chain distribution centres

The sheet works out the distance from your plant to each distribution centre, the driving time and the cost of delivering a pallet as part-load or by a full truck. It shows the transport cost per unit and the nearest centre of each chain. You enter the result in the net-net price for the chains (A04) and in the channel price list (A06).

Parameters
Plant city from a list of 44 cities (or your own coordinates), road factor, speed, unloading, rate per km and the minimum for a full truck, pallets per truck, units per pallet, a table of part-load rates by distance.
Distribution centres
26 sites (Leroy Merlin, Castorama, OBI, Bricomarché, Intermarché, PSB Mrówka, Carrefour, Auchan, Dino) with the straight-line and road distance, a field for your own measurement, time, the cost per pallet and per unit, and the nearest one marked.
Chains
The nearest centre of each chain and the cost of delivery.
Delivery plan
Pallets per month to the chosen centres, part-load or a full truck, the break-even point of a full truck, the cost per unit.
DC requirements
13 typical logistics requirements (delivery booking, pallets, labels, EDI, penalties) to fill in for four chains.
